Jeffrey Zurofsky is a Partner at 'wichcraft and a Co-Founder of the Riverpark Farm at Alexandria Center. Jeffrey oversees finance and business development for fifteen 'wichcraft locations and Riverpark restaurant. Armed with a love of cooking, Jeffrey Zurofsky worked through college in the kitchens of Chapel Hill, NC. Upon graduation, Jeffrey began working in Manhattan's most prestigious kitchens including Lespinasse and Union Square Cafe. Jeffrey became Director of Operations & CFO for Payard Patisserie & Bistro in 2001, and Jeffrey joined chefs Tom Colicchio and Sisha Ortuzar in 2003 on a new sandwich concept, 'wichcraft. Jeffrey is an active member of GrowNYC, with a deep interest in urban farming.
